The sauce is enhanced with fish sauce and lime juice, offering a complex balance of umami, tangy, and sweet notes. Thai Hot Sauce - Special
Our latest creation - Thai Hot Sauce "Special" is a traditional Issan version of the popular Thai chili sauce, Nam Prik Noom. It is made with a blend of roasted long hot peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. The Extra Spicy version contains additional Thai chili peppers for an even hotter kick.
