What is SDSauce?
SDSauce is a Raw & Unprocessed Thai Style Hot Sauce commonly known throughout Thailand as "Nam Jim" sauce. It is a wonderful balance of the 4 traditional Thai flavors typically found in authentic Thai cuisine - A perfect combination of salty, sweet, sour and spice, with just the right amount of "heat". It can be used as a dipping sauce, stir-fry sauce, condiment, dressing or marinade. It adds an amazing burst of flavor and spice unlike anything you have ever tasted before.
SDSauce goes especially well with seafood but can be used on just about any kind of food. We love to put it on our breakfast eggs, sandwiches, rice dishes, salads, sushi, shell fish and pizza too. We're sure you can find some other delicious ways to use it and when you do, please be sure to let us know!
How is SDSauce made?
The heart of SDSauce is simply fresh Thai Chilis. We add fresh squeezed lime juice, fresh aromatic cilantro, fresh garlic cloves, cane sugar, and our very own special blend of savory spices. We marry them all together with a lot of love and care and the result is a delicious and spicy Thai hot sauce.
We use only fresh & raw ingredients and never add any artificial flavorings or preservatives. We use only fresh squeezed lime juice from juicy ripe limes and never add any vinegar.
SDSauce Shelf Life
SDSauce contains a high content of fresh citrus, acidic, low PH and savory ingredients. These ingredients when combined together, act as a highly effective natural preservative. But since it is still a natural raw food, we recommend that you keep it refrigerated and consume within 6 months.
