SD in SDSauce stands for 'Spicy & Delicious'. This name captures the core of our sauces, which blend the intense heat of fresh Thai chili with the rich flavors of traditional Thai cuisine. Each sauce upholds our 'Spicy & Delicious' promise, delivering an authentic and vibrant culinary experience.

Q: What is SDSauce Original Flavor?

The SDSauce Original Flavor, our signature sauce, is a raw, unprocessed Thai hot sauce known as "Nam Jim Sauce" in Thailand. It's cherished for its perfect blend of spicy, sweet, salty, and sour flavors, with just the right amount of heat. A staple in Thai homes, this sauce is made from fresh, raw ingredients and adds a burst of flavor and spice to any dish.

Q: What is SDSauce Ginger Vegan Flavor?

The Ginger Vegan Thai Hot Sauce is a unique blend that combines classic Thai flavors—salty, spicy, sweet, and sour—with the distinctive taste and aroma of fresh ginger. Made from raw ingredients like fresh ginger, Thai chili peppers, bean paste, soy sauce, garlic, cilantro, and cane sugar, this vegan sauce contains no animal products or byproducts. Originating from Thailand, it's the perfect complement to the classic Thai dish, Khao Man Gai (chicken & rice), but it can also enhance a variety of other favorite dishes.

Q: What is SDSauce BBQ Flavor?

The BBQ Flavor is a fantastic addition to the SDSauce family. This unique sauce blends traditional barbecue tastes with Thai spices. Made with the finest ingredients, it perfectly combines smoky, sweet, and tangy barbecue flavors with the spicy, salty, sweet, and sour notes of Thai cuisine. This versatile sauce is ideal for marinating meats, as a condiment, or as a dipping sauce, adding a rich and complex flavor to various dishes.

Q: What is the new "Special" sauce all about?

Our new "Special" sauce is more of a thick spread than a traditional sauce. Inspired by Issan cuisine, it features a unique blend of roasted long hot peppers, onions, garlic, and tomatoes. The roasting process enhances the flavors, creating a smoky and sweet base. Enriched with fish sauce and lime juice, it strikes a perfect balance between umami, zesty, sweet, and spicy. This thick, paste-like sauce is versatile and preservative-free, available in regular and extra spicy versions—the latter with more Thai chili for added heat.

Q: How can I use SDSauce?

SDSauces are versatile Thai sauces perfect for various dishes. They work great as dips, in stir-fries, and as seasonings, dressings, or marinades. They're especially delicious with seafood like shrimp, oysters, scallops, sushi, and fish. Use it instead of cocktail or hot sauce or brush it on grilled meats for a Thai twist. SDSauces can also enhance breakfast eggs, sandwiches, rice dishes, salads, and even pizza. We invite you to try it in different ways and share your creations on our social media.
